"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time." - Thomas Edison

Next session Tuesday 26th June

Who runs the group?

Frances with CFS for many years, and after a long battle made a complete recovery. She works with many people with CFS as a major part of her work.

Abigail was already working as a therapist and creative arts specialist, when at the end of 2010 had a serious accident, resulting in 16 months of operations and severe pain and disability. Thus, I began to also focus on therapy for pain and illness and using my own experiences. I have recently crossed a bridge, and am almost there in full use of my body again.

Both of us have faced huge limitations- socially, mobility wise, health wise.... The tools we pass on in the group come from a place not only of training as therapists, but life experience.

The group provides a safe space to take stock of the pace, direction , and way in which life is panning out for each individual, as well as an important chance to explore needs and wants coming from within.

We're both very passionate about what we do, and only too happy to reach out to new members, whether they also suffer physical pain and illness OR simply want this precious time to pause, and take a look at their lives...

Next session: Tuesday June 12th

With enhanced focus on mindfulness, Live Well sessions are now pleased to welcome those purely seeking personal development. Our current members include those living with ME, chronic pain, and also individuals simply interested in fine-tuning self-awareness.

We all encounter problems in our daily life, it's how we deal with those that affects tomorrow. Making time for yourself to develop mindfulness can help you turn major catastrophes into manageable events. As well as helping you deal with 'difficult' people and foster greater personal relationships.

June 12th will focus on mindfulness, self-exploration, and the time to work through anything that may be weighing you down, holding you back, or something you'd like to explore in a safe and creative space. Tools will include art therapy, guided meditation, sound healing, and group discussion
