A whole afternoon of LiveWell techniques for improving mindfulness, sense of self, and personal growth. Including acivities for self-exploration, goal setting, and creating a better canvas on which to paint the new year. Open to all interested in self-development

The fortnightly sessions will resume Tuesday January 10th. Sessions will run every other Tuesday. Working to assist recovery and management of symptoms, both physical and psychological.
